Did you know?

Chiropractic is a healthcare profession focused on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those affecting the spine. Chiropractors employ manual techniques, adjustments, and rehabilitative exercises to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. We emphasize the body's ability to heal itself, but we also employ the use of medications and joint injections when necessary.

What we Treat

Pain and Prevention

Back and neck pain, radiating pain, headaches, extremity pain, sprains, strains, whiplash, pinched nerves, herniated discs, pain associated with osteoarthritis, numbness, and tingling are some of the symptoms and conditions that our experts can help you to overcome.  Looking for prevention?  We guide you through that as well.

All Ages and Stages

Chiropractic for all ages and stages of life

From newborns to seniors, chiropractic care is adapted to the patient.  What is effective for an adult is not appropriate for a child, and we have many ways of delivering age-appropriate care using varied techniques to accommodate the age and stage of each individual.

Chiropractic Techniques

Chiropractic care includes many techniques which allow us to individualize treatment to each patient. Diversified is the most common technique and is responsible for the popping sound (AKA joint cavitation) that most people associate with chiropractic manipulation.  Other techniques such as Drop Table and Activator offer very gentle options for joint manipulation.  Cox F/D and neck traction are helpful with degenerated discs, osteoarthritis, stenosis, and bulging discs.  Additionally, soft tissue modalities such as ultrasound and electric stimulation can be very useful with soft tissue injuries.  Webster is a technique that is supportive and effective for relieving the back pain of pregnant women.

Cox Flexion-Distraction

Cox Flexion-Distraction

Cox F/D technique is aimed at treating disc herniations and stenosis by gently stretching and decompressing the spine.
Drop Table

Drop Table

Drop Table is a technique that involves specialized chiropractic tables with sections that drop slightly when pressure is applied, aiding in gentle spinal adjustments.
Webster Technique

Webster Technique

This method is primarily used during pregnancy to help balance the pelvis and ease discomfort by addressing sacral rotation.
Neck Traction

Neck Traction

Traction alleviates pain by gently stretching the cervical spine, decompressing the discs, and relieving pressure on the nerves, reducing stiffness and promoting circulation.
Activator

Activator

Activator technique utilizes a handheld instrument to deliver precise, low-force adjustments, promoting mobility and relieving pain without manual manipulation.
Exercise

Exercise

Exercise strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and promotes blood flow, which can reduce tension, improve posture, and alleviate pain.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation

IASTM is a manual therapy using stainless steel instruments to detect and treat soft tissue dysfunction, aiming to reduce pain and improve mobility.
